Please leave a message on my answer-phone if I do not reply and I will contact you as soon as I can.
Same thing with the answering service; or you can text me your number and I will call you.
I will contact you in response to an email, but I do not generally 'work' by email.
Then what happens...
I offer a free 15 minute intial meeting to check that I can assist you. The first 55 minute session usually follows this , unless it is important for me to refer you somewhere else for other kinds of assistance first.
Fees
I charge $35 for each 55 minute session.
The number of sessions varies enormously and depends upon the complexity of the work. It is often 6, sometimes more, sometimes less.
Terms
Payment is on the day by cash or cheque. I have no credit card facilities.
If you cancel without giving me 24 hours notice the full fee is payable.
