    Please leave a message on my answer-phone if I do not reply and I will contact you as soon as I can.

  • Email me ALL ENQUIRIES ARE CONFIDENTIAL. What this means is that your information is reserved by me as yours rather than mine and I undertake to share it with nobody else at all. The only exceptions to this are if I believe that someone is at risk of harm in your situation (when I will always consult with you before compromising confidentiality; and invite you to act rather than me); and in my professional supervision where your confidentiality is protected by the same rules and ethics mentioned on the home page.


    I try to respond to emails within 24 hours, technology willing. Emails received on Fridays usually get a reply before the end of Monday.

    Then what happens...

    I will exchange emails with you, or speak to you by phone, to discuss your difficulties in outline before you make an appointment. This gives you an opportunity to check me out; and me a chance to make sure I think I can help you. It is sometimes necessary to refer you somewhere else for other kinds of assistance before I can begin work with you. All being well, after outline discussions have taken place, we set up a suitable appointment time and the work begins.

    Fees

    I charge £50 per session. Sessions are usually about 60 minutes.

    The number of sessions varies enormously from client to client and depends upon the complexity of the work. It is often 10, sometimes more, sometimes less. How often and for how long you have sessions is always in your control.

    Terms

    Payment on the day is by cash or cheque; or I can keep an account and invoice you every fourth session - whichever you prefer. I have no credit card facilities.
    If you cancel without giving me 24 hours notice the full fee is payable.
